Want to gather with a group of registered Democrats (just to be sure you’re among friends)? Check out the Atlanta Inaugural Ball at Halo, which starts at 7 p.m. Obama’s inaugural address will be played at 8 p.m. at the party, which includes the Young Democrats of Georgia, the Young Democrats of Atlanta and the Red Clay Democrats.
